The model follows a structured 5-phase process that moves teams from diagnostic insight to daily discipline.

Each phase builds on the one before it, creating a clear path from vision to execution. Once you complete the diagnostic, we’ll determine where to begin. The model can be deployed sequentially or in discrete components - it just depends on your needs and priorities.

Depending on your highest operational needs and challenges, some or all of the Ops in a Box frameworks can be implemented to achieve sustainable operational health and alignment.

Phase 1 — Foundational Identity

Goal: Define who you are and why you exist.

Clarify your Purpose, Mission, Values, and Actions — the foundations that define who you are and how you show up for each other and for customers.

Phase 2 — Strategic Alignment

Goal: Connect long-term strategy to short-term execution.

Use the 36Y Goal-Setting framework and Strategic Anchors to align priorities across all levels of your organization.

  • Company-wide 36Y goals and tracking tools

Phase 3 — Structural Alignment

Goal: Clarify roles, responsibilities, and growth pathways.

Implement Job Banding and the Employee Bill of Rights to bring fairness, transparency, and accountability to how people work.

Sample Deliverables:

  • Six-band role framework
  • Employee Bill of Rights document integrated into onboarding

Phase 4 — Accountability & Feedback

Goal: Reinforce alignment through regular feedback loops.

Launch the Feedback & Alignment Program (F&AP) to ensure values, roles, and goals stay connected over time.

  • Self-assessment and manager feedback forms
  • Development plans tied to 36Y goals and values

Phase 5 — Implementation & Adaptation

Goal: Make the system a habit, not a project.

Roll out frameworks in waves, gather feedback, and adapt as your organization evolves.

  • Quarterly reviews and annual refresh cycle
