Our Story
LevelWorks grew out of more than a decade of operational leadership at EveryMundo, later acquired by PROS. Our frameworks were used to scale global teams, reduce ambiguity, accelerate decisions, and unify cross-functional work. What began as internal systems evolved into Ops in a Box — a practical operating model now used by organizations across sectors.
