Our Story

We were born from real operating experience, not theory.

We helped scale EveryMundo—a global SaaS company—from startup to acquisition by PROS. During that time, the team built systems that turned chaos into clarity: codifying how purpose, goals, roles, and feedback connected across the organization.

Those frameworks—originally designed to manage growth across continents and departments—became Ops in a Box, a complete operational alignment system that any company can now install and adapt.
